How do commissions work?
Please choose the size for your commission
- Small: 4.75 x 5.25
- Large: 9.25 x 10.75
If you have a specific request, please send me an e-mail at commissisons@gigimurakami.art after your order (please include order number). The option is limited to a single character piece with no background. Commission is monochrome, with an optional request of screentones.
If you don't have a specific request, the character and medium will be delicately chosen. Each piece will be completely unique and special.
Commission turnaround times are around 7 days, but can be longer depending on my scheduled workload and the complexity of the commission. Please feel free to reach out to me at commissisons@gigimurakami.art if you have any questions.

I make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible—usually packing orders within 2-4 days. I typically ship on Fridays, excluding holidays. Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following week.
*Please note that during high-volume seasons or heavy client work periods, orders may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped out. This will always be updated in the announcement bar at the top of the website page.

❌ Commission Requests
- No racist, hateful, or overly graphic subjects. I reserve the right to decline requests based on controversial or uncomfortable topics
- No pets, please
🚚 Shipping
- Shipping is free and commissions will be mailed to the commissioner via USPS, UPS, or DHL
✅ The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artists
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
❌ The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing any watermarks/signatures
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are only accepted for apparel purchases. Requests for a return or refund on all other items will be treated as ‘buyers remorse’ and will not be accepted. In the event of damage due to postal delivery or for exceptional circumstances, please refer to my Return and Refund Policy.
